Flawless assists corporate clients in their Regular or Seasonal staffing requirements by providing contractual or temporary staffing services. We work with our clients for hiring or identification of temp resources and take the selected resources on our payroll for providing the payroll support services to the client. Alternatively we also take on our payroll, resources pre-identified by clients or existing ones from any other sources. Flawless takes complete responsibility for all HR Administrative activities, statutory employee benefits and compliances for the outsourced resources. The operational and performance related aspects are monitored by the client and the client retains complete control of the same.

Face to Face: Tell us whom you want to meet from the above and we will schedule a meeting convenient for both the parties
Selection: Once you have closed down on a candidate, we will organise for the joining formalities including documentation.
First Day Call: A ‘first day call’ will be conducted to ensure that the selected candidate has come on board your company. The call will be made to the candidate, the Reporting Manager and/or the HR. The call will be documented and circulated among the candidate, the Reporting Manager and the HR.
Reviews: We will request you to give us a feedback on the entire recruitment process every time a new employee comes on- board your organization through us (from placing the order with us till joining). This will help us serve you better the next time we work together.

Pay Roll: We believe in and practice on-time salary payment to the staff deployed
Handbooks: Handbooks with process, procedures and escalation matrix will be provided to the staff deployed.
Statutory compliance: We conduct our business by abiding by the rules of law. No compromise is made on any statutory/legal/Labor law compliances.
Temp-to-Perm: We give you the flexibility to recruit a staff that we have deployed on to your rolls.
Reviews: We will be conducting a four tier review process to ensure better service
